AFTERCARE SERVICES – PRODUCT WARRANTY AND REPAIR   

Homelux slandered product warranty will be offered to all warranty-related products and no permission to customers to alternate it. 

All warranty offered products will be entitled to company-provided after-care services and repairs. Warranty-related repairs will be done centralized service center at company’s head office and nominated courier service act as a transport provider. For the warranty entitlement following criteria should be completed. 

  •   Warranty is valid only if the card is duly signed and stamped by our company or agent and is provided along with the Original customer‘s copy of the purchase bill.
  • When subject to normal and standard usage, the company agreed to effective replacement or repair of the respective part or product due to manufacturing or workmanship within the period of given warranty,
  • The warranty certificate should be produced at the time of handing over the product for repair,
  • This warranty does not cover damage through wear and tear, misuse, negligence, alteration or repair, attempted by the user or handled by any unauthorized person,
  •  Repair or replace without charge any defective parts or product due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period, however, charges will be laid for wear and tear,
  • This warranty will not be effective if any household appliance is proven being used for industrial and commercial purpose,
  • This warranty does not cover damage by accident force majeure, fire, Thunder, floods, rain, or acts of God,
  • In addition to above general conditions, all warranty condition which mentioned in each item wise warranty cards respectively will be entitled.
